Please Forgive Me

So apparently something was wrong
I mean
That's what I'm assuming
You never said anything was wrong
Or even talked about your life with me
I'm really sorry

If you would've said something
I would've listened
I never got the chance to tell you
And I know you chose him
But I still never told you how I felt
But I guess you didn't either
I know this does nothing
And you're not here anymore
But maybe if you're still listening
Just maybe
I hope you can forgive me

I'm Sorry

I held your hand as we vanished
We had been through worse
But this was unbearable
I watched your eyes slowly open and close
Each one getting longer
Even more tired
Your t-shirt was soaked through
Stained with our blood
You got paler and paler
And your eyes closed
Forever
But I stayed with you
Until the very end

Let’s christen this Tumblr with a classic.

Long Live Pt. 6

           T-Minus 3 Days, 13 Hours, 57 Minutes, 19 Seconds. And Counting.
They skies had become grey, it had been raining in Houston for almost 36 hours now. I had talked to my parents, we were going to meet at some old park they used to go to.
"Oh Dave, I don't know if she's here yet..." A woman with circular glasses looked around, holding a man's hand.
"She's here, Jade." He seemed sure of himself, almost positive.
"Dave?" I went up to him.
"Atari?" He asked.
"Dad.." I hugged him tightly.
              I shouldn't have run, I should've stayed.
"Oh honey" Jade hugged me too
Just perfectly my phone buzzed. Another sBURB update. I don't know how it downloaded on my phone, but it had.
"Oh great..." I mumbled, pulling out my phone.
               This is stupid.
"I'm sorry.." I put my phone back in my pocket, hoping it wouldn't go off again.
"Did you talk to Karkat?" Dave asked me.
Okay, it was weird. I"ve read their stories over and over. This is probably the sixth time I've re-read Homestuck up until this update. I know it by heart, and I just can't think of them as my parents. They're Dave Strider and Jade Harley. Not my parents.
"Oh, yeah," I nodded. "He was angry with you guys at first.."
"That's Karkat for you.." Jade laughed lightly, obviously scared that I was playing this.
((A/N:^Jade^,^John^,^Rose^,^Dave^))
I looked up at Dave, he seemed so calm compared to Jade. But he was a cool kid. No matter how old he got he'd always stay calm. Slowly I took his aviators off his face, I hadn't realized how pale he really was.
"Thank you," He nodded, not really appreciating me taking his glasses.
"Open your eyes, Dad." I wanted to see it for myself.
"Fine.." He slowly opened his eyes.
Part of me thought it had just been a joke, something that wasn't real. A fake thing Hussie had added to make their journey even more... Weird..
But no, my dad's eyes were in fact red.
"It's great to finally meet you Cool Kid." I used Terezi's old nickname for him, and it fit since I really had no full memory of him.
Slowly I could see him almost lose his Cool Kid grip. His eyes watered, he obviously missed her.
"She'd be so proud of you," Dave hugged me tightly.
I had always shipped Terezi and Dave-- before I remembered that he was my dad. But yet again I also shipped Dave and Jade. So it's a controversy.
"Come on, we need to talk about that game.." Dave looked at me, serious.
"I know," I nodded.
Jade took my hand in that mom way.
"Why'd you dye your hair?" She asked, pulling me down the street, Dave walking calmly behind us.
"Oh, I just got bored," I blinked, not expecting her to ask that.
"Just curious," She smiled slightly. "You had such blonde hair as a kid."
"I remember that," I nodded.
"How's John?" She asked out of the blue.
"John? He's truly his father's child," I laughed, hoping to lighten the mood.
"I miss him," She said.
"Were you close with John?" I asked.
"Very," She nodded. "You and Cali liked Dave's glasses, so I hung out with John most of the time."
"Well his glasses are entertaining," I smiled.
"I guess," She smiled.
"I'm sorry for leaving.." I said.
"You were really stressed when you left, and when Jane called saying you were with her.. It was fine.." Jade lied, thinking I'd buy it.
"Don't lie to me Harley." I looked at her, at sometime I had said that in an RP...
"We played sBURB to get away from our reality. We realized too late that sBURB was worse than our actually reality." She sighed shakily, not wanting to get further into the other topic.
"I know that, it's a headcanon.." I mumbled.
"You read Homestuck?" She asked.
"Yea--"
"Then why did you start playing it?!" She demanded.
"I wanted to know what it was like! I had the chance to play it! I wasn't going to give that up!" I stepped back from her.
"But it's the worst thing to do to yourself," She said, tears welling up.
"Someone's getting tired.." Dave came in between us.
              Jade was always tired.
"But Dave!" She protested.
"Shush for a sec, Harley." He turned his head to me. "You need to finish this game, I wish you hadn't started it and it kills me to think that this happened because you left. Don't let that kid get too close. He's bad news. Make John break up with him, otherwise John is going to get hurt, and no one wants that. You can't give up, the game won't let you. I know it's hard--trust me, but you need to finish it. This is your mistake and you need to solve it."
"Okay" I nodded, understanding that he wasn't proud of me, or happy with me.
"It's going to be mentally painful, but you made that choice when you put the disk into your computer. And from now on you have to deal with the pain. Try to save your friends too, it isn't fair to leave them. And... Watch out for Noir.."

Conflict/Resolution Short Response

((A/N: This piece is about Conflict/Resolution in the story Scott Pilgrim. I wrote this to demonstrate my understanding of Conflict/Resolution))
I'll just go with the whole series for this.
In the book series Scott Pilgrim, our main character Scott has the perfect life with his girlfriend, rockband and whatnot. And when this mysterious girl literally skates through his dreams, he's determined to find her. When he does find her he also finds her seven ex's. Technically this is Person vs. Person if Ramona's seven evil ex's count as a single person.
Throughout the series Scott kicks butt with his awesome karate-ish skills and bass playing. With those two alone he's able to fight six of Ramona's ex's. But the last one he has to fight for himself. As we watch Scott fight Ramona's seventh evil ex (Gideon) he first fights for Ramona's heart. When that doesn't work and he uses his last life he fights for himself (Which earns the Power Of Self Respect). In the end he defeats Gideon and other Scott, who's actually him, so in the end I guess you could say it's Person vs. Self. Even if this other Scott isn't really him, it's just a different version (More ninja like) than he actually is.

^^^Wasteland^^^

"Okay, I need to find her today." I pulled my jacket on, just talking to myself.
"If you don't find her today, you're going to stop." Ember, my older brother popped up out of nowhere.
"But I-- Fine." I shook my head, getting tired of this already.
"And if you run across her sister, be nice. She's scared too." He sighed.
"I'm not scared! I'm just irritated." I scoffed.
"Still. Be nice." He crossed his arms.
"Fine." I found my gloves and slipped them on.
"And don't get cut, the Wasteland is dangerous and you've never been in it before. Watch out." He warned.
"I know it's dangerous!!" I snapped, "Don't treat me like an idiot!"
"My god.. You're my little brother, I'm trying to be nice." He rolled his eyes.
"Whatever. What are you going to be doing today?" I tried to change subjects.
"Hanging out with a friend." He blinked.
"Since when do you have friends?" I asked, surprised by this.
"His name is Sasha. He lives in the City. I have friends." He rolled his eyes at my comment, taking it as an insult.
"Have fun with that then." I opened the door and walked out, sick of my older brother.

^^^Lights^^^
"Oh come on..." I whispered, looking around the neon city.
This was my second day in Lights, and so far I've had no luck. God I hate how dirty this city is.. This is the bad part of our planet. The part you don't go into unless you have to. Normally Roxie won't let me in here, but I have no choice.
"Excuse me, but have you seen a girl with brown hair, about this tall?" I made marks in the air representing about how tall Roxie was.
"No," A person replied and continued walking.
I sighed, this was harder than I thought. Maybe I should just go home... She'll be there?... Right?
I decided on that. I'll go home, she'll turn up soon...
I hope...

Rant

Okay, Sir.
I DON'T:
Talk about how I feel
THAT:
Is just how I am
YOU:
Need to deal with that
IF:
You can't deal with that
HAVE:
Fun in your own little world by yourself because obviously I shouldn't be in your world if you can't accept that I don't talk about how I feel.
SO YOU:
Need to deal with it
HAVE:
A socially irrelevant day.

God I hate the City.. I kicked a stone down the street.Something a little ways ahead shifted, not something you usually see in the City. As I got closer I realized it was a girl.
"Excuse me?" I knelt in front of her.
Slowly she looked up at me, red swollen eyes.
"Are you okay?" I asked her.
"Oh, um, yeah." She nodded, rubbing her eyes.
"Were you crying, honey?" I pushed her bangs out of her face.
This might seem creepy, I mean, we're strangers. But see, here, there were no 'creepy' people like that, nor were there any homeless people. Most people here were friendly, most people here were related.
"Yeah," She nodded, looking at the ground.
"What's wrong?" I pulled her into a hug, which again, isn't weird here.
"I got lost... My little sister... My partner.." She hugged me tightly.
"Have you been here before?" I asked her.
"No.." She shook her head, wiping her eyes.
"Okay," I nodded and stood up, pulling her up with me.

"Sorry if it's not clean, Amaya's been practicing her alchemy.." Sasha opened his apartment door for me.
"That's fine," I smiled, not really caring.
"Fae?" He asked to the atmosphere.
"Daddy!!" A little girl ran up to him and mauled him.
"Hey you," He laughed, picking her up. "This is Daddy's friend, Roxie."
"Hai," She giggled.
"Hi," I smiled.
"I'll be right back," Sasha set Fae down and walked into a different room.
"You're cute," I smiled, bending down to her height.
"Thank you," She giggled.
"Who are you?" A girl with goggles on came into the room.
"Oh, I'm Roxie, uh, Sasha helped me..." I made awkward hand gestures to maybe help explain it a little more.
"Hmm." She came over to me and inspected my soot stained and torn hoodie.
"Oh hey Amaya." Sasha came back with some clothes, obviously noticing the same things that Amaya had.
"My god dude. You have terrible fashion taste." She grabbed the t-shirt and jacket he had picked out and went back into the other room.
"I don't do fashion," Sasha laughed.
"Apparently not." She came back out with a different shirt and jacket.
Amaya and Sasha looked identical, just different genders. It was odd, but not weird. They even acted alike.
"Here, you probably want to change out of those." She handed the clothes to me, emphasizing 'Those'.
"Yeah, thank you." I smiled slightly and took the clothes.
So this is what being lost is like.

"Roxie, please come back..." I whimpered, carefully walking along the edge of the Snowlands.
Roxie had been gone for three weeks, she had never been gone for so long.
"It's all that stupid Frey's fault." I walked right on the line that started the Snowlands.
Half of me was in the Desert. A thick blizzard was freezing half of my body, the other half was kept like I was in the fiery pits of hell. None of this phased me, at least it didn't anymore.
"Please Roxie," I cried, dragging my feet.
She wasn't going to come back, at least I didn't think she would be coming back. Her stupid partner Frey had made her feel so idiotic and freak like, so I understand why she ran away. But why couldn't she have just stopped going to their lab? We could've moved...
But there's no place to move when you live here. No where at all.
So far I've checked Desert, Snowlands, and Wasteland. I still have to see if she's in Lights or the City. Maybe she's in the Country..
That's not Roxie's style though. But neither is leaving..
Whatever.
Whatever.
I-- I'm fine. I'll find her. And she won't go back to Frey. Never.

"Stop whining Frey." I rolled my eyes.
"But she left!" He threw his arms up, frustrated.
"Give her time, genius." I replied as I rummaged around in a drawer.
"We don't have time!" He kicked the wall.
"Stop being so weird. Calm down and think about it, you left at the same time. You never finished that experiment. Deal. With. It." I pulled out a wooden box.
"But that was different!" He fought.
"Not at all, Frey. It's almost the same." I pulled my hair back, "She's having a hard time too."
"But that doesn't matter! I know Roxie, she pushes through things like this." Frey scoffed.
"She broke, Frey. You remember the last time you saw her? She gave up." I forced the words 'Gave up' so it would carve a hole in his mind.
"That's not like Roxie." He shook his head, denying.
"It wasn't like you to run away either. But guess what? You did." I opened the box.
"Why did I have to choose such a difficult partner?" He sighed, feeling pity for himself.
"Shut it. You decided to be an inventor." I chose a few vials from the box.
"Being an alchemist is too easy" He said dramatically.
"Haha! Yeah right!" I opened a vial with red powder in it.
"It is!" He crossed his arms.
"Is it easy to do this?" In an instant I made the powder turn into fire.
"M--Maybe..." He flinched.
"Sure it is." I found a jar and put the fire in it.
"Still, she can't just leave." He protested.
"Shut up! Deal with it. You pushed her to this point. All you can do it try to find her. Or give up."

Metal Wasteland

((A/N: This is the Halloween ish story I'm writing, it starts now and will most likely end on October 31st (Or around that time) It's all off the cuff, and I have no idea where it's going. But each chapter will be from a new person's P.O.V., hope you like it))

"Welcome home," Tabb nodded at me.
"Hey Tabb," I threw my bag on the floor.
"Did you have a poor day?" She picked up my bag and set it on my coat hook.
"Well I didn't find Roxie." I snapped.
"Then you'll have to check in The Wasteland tomorrow, sir." She sighed.
"This whole place is a wasteland." I rolled my eyes.
"If Miss Crusade wants to be found, wouldn't she make herself somewhere obvious?" Tabb guessed, not understanding human logic.
"That's what I thought, but no. Roxie just has to run away and leave everything we're working for. She's so stupid.. Doesn't she know that we need to finish this by the Blood Moon?!" I pulled my hair, angry.
"Maybe Miss Crusade wants to take a break--"
"We don't get breaks!" I punched the metal wall, leaving a dent.
"Calm. Down." She grabbed my wrist.
"I'll be damned if I let her get away again." I quickly pulled my wrist out of her grip.
"What if she doesn't want to be found?" Tabb stated blankly.
"That's not an option! We need to work! And she's just running away!" I emphasized my words awkwardly.
"You've run away from your projects." Tabb reminded me.
"That's... That's different!" I shook.
"Not at all, it's almost the same, Frey. This is her thirteenth experiment, you ran away on your thirteenth experiment. You left for seven months. Then you came back, broken and hurting. Don't blame her for anything." Tabb brought back the reel of film in my mind that contained a colorful memory of pain for seven months.
"Roxie is stronger than I was. She can... Whatever..." I shook my head, trying to not remember anything else.
"Just try to understand, sir." Tabb asked.
"I have to, she's my partner." I walked away from her.
